neat blog, cute story about the cat. It's always an adventure when dealing with felines.
Keep up the great work!
With the excitement of WE's broken arm, I forgot to report another happening from yesterday. When I got back from the ER, hubby had been busy. He'd completely shaved his head. He's pretty follically challenged anyway and we'd been trying to talk him into it for quite a while, but I suspect he was afraid that if he shaved it all off, what he DID have wouldn't grow back. But he looks younger with no hair and when his head tans evenly, he won't look quite so much like an alien.
WE seems to be doing okay, he's still taking codine. I caught him unwrapping the bandage around his splint tonight because he said his arm hurt. I explained to him that that bandage was there for a REASON and to keep his little paws off of it. I think he got the point.
The neighbors were having a yard sale this weekend and those wonderful people let
#4 take all the crap that didn't sell for free.
Now we've got all kinds of junk lying around here. Clearing crap out of the house is a neverending battle when you live with a bunch of garbage collecting pack rats. They're all lucky I'm around or they'd be like those people they find who live in a house crammed full of stuff with only little trails running through it for them to get around in. All of a sudden their tunnels cave in and they're trapped in their own junk. You'd think they'd thank me from saving them from that fate, but they're not the least bit grateful.
